I found the story through yesterday’s news in The West regarding accomodation proposals up before Karratha council ;
“A wave of new fly-in fly-out workers camps capable of housing a combined 5288 people are in the pipeline for the City of Karratha after three applications intended to pave the way for new developments came up for consideration at this month’s council meeting.”

As well as expansions to a ‘transient workforce’ hotel and the 1500-bed ‘Madigan Estate’ camp to accommodate workers building the planned Perdaman urea plant in Dampier, the Council in principle did not oppose a 2500-room facility to house Bechtel’s Pluto Train 2 construction workforce....
...... this workforce will be employed building Pluto Train 2, Woodside’s expansion to the Pluto LNG facility offshore Western Australia https://www.australianmining.com.au...ution-contractor-for-woodsides-pluto-train-2/
RCR has a long history with Woodside :
In October 3008, According to Business News, RCR won a mechanical works and warehouse services contract for Woodside’s Pluto project https://www.businessnews.com.au/article/RCR-wins-60m-Pluto-LNG-contract
In 2010 and 2011 RCR secured contract extensions at Pluto and worked there (I think ) until 2012.
This post, from February, notes Pluto and other Woodside work from RCR Annual reports.

The Annual Report Presentation made references to RCRMT potential in oil and gas;
-“Directly addressable opportunities (earthworks and concrete) circa $2.0B for delivery in 1 to 3
years, with potential new opportunities in Oil and Gas in the same timeframe...”
....”Delivers a highly regarded and established platform with exposure to the resources and oil and gas sectors..”
...”Annuity style income from the maintenance activities of RCRMT provides a platform to continue to build a broader service offering across resources and oil and gas client base”
