Further to earlier post it seems NZO is not all that close to PPP's affairs. From what I could glean the Viet agreement is a horrible one (lots of conditions & contingencies, complex wording and open to different interpretations). Looks like the Viets hope to shift the goalposts a bit and it's now down to horsetrading & diplomacy so don't expect much clarification of the position anytime soon. What I was told is that TP did not negotiate this but inherited it and is doing the best he can. No other details known. I've quit my holding for now (was fairly minor anyway) and will review the thing when news emerges. Good luck chaps.
