I think it is just because of the low trading volumes and the information asymetry. the bots or the ones who areshorting BTA take advantage of low trading volumes.

Listing in US or HK is highly desired for this reason. I hope the management key members do not have interest in not listing BTA in other markets to attract more interest. They can also benefit from high liquidity of BTA shares if no unusual thing is going behind the scene.
