Since the Arrow deal fell through I think LNG have been struggling to find a credible/commercial supplier of gas.
If BOW acreage was commercial, lobbing a counter-offer to Arrow's $500 million bid would've been a no-brainer! Even a billion dollars would have been reasonable for those reserves. Why LNG didn't do that makes me wonder.
If Mel's acreage was an easy fix for gas, they would have been eaten up years ago. Greenies and flow rates are the major problem here. I personally would prefer MEL to be more into East coast powergen via ERM rather than LNG supply.
Can Westside deliver? They have reasonable flowrates just not massive reserves.
I think LNG will be struggling to find a plentiful supply of gas.
