Unless I am missing something in that report today, I suspect that the recent big sales have been Wavenet who will be lodging that they are no longer a substantial shareholder of CLR. By my calculation if they no longer have at least 4.6% stake then they must have sold atleast 1.5M which an amount that big (or more) would have definitely push down the price.

From the point of not pushing down the share price it would be good to finally get them off the register all together.
