Im thinking this is either the ASX and maybe (hopefully) ASIC doing an investigation, although it wont actually help us, we aren't getting out money back, or alternatively the BOD are keeping this in suspension for as long as possible so that the heat dies down over the controversy of the company, they relist, price doesn't go quite as low as it could because there's a whole new wave of small investors who see a lithium and cobalt miner and don't research the history.
