    Probably can't call it a double top due to the length of the pattern (less than 10 days and should really be around 30+ days for a true double top reversal signal). 14 is definitely a resistance point now though.

    Failure to hold 9.8 (50% fib and recent support) and chances are that ICG will be headed towards 8 (61.8%).

    Said it yesterday and easy to spot in hindsight, but the failure to break and hold 14+ wasnt a good sign.
