Just carpetbaggers who plan to dilute the share base from 1 billion shares to 3 billion shares and who place a value of 1.5 shares for 1c on the new shares. No doubt planned to be a back door takeover without exciting the share price. They must be packing it with this recent run in the share price. The rights issue terms they propose will never get past a shareholder meeting at the terms they propose.
