    I think that people knew this. That is why our SP was gone down last 10 days.

    We all understood that STEEL is bad word at the moment. We did not make profit from this operation.

    It is better for OST to write off at this market condition.

    We may see our profit down (on book) because of this written off but the cash flow may not be changed.
