My history with Etrade since moving from MLHSBC.

1) They lost some of my overseas shares...took me 3 months of harrassment to get my shares. Had to prove that i owned the shares to begin with....lol

2) Lost $30K in my cash management account, they said they transferred the funds....i said they didn't.
Guess how was right...another week goes by and I have to chase up my lost money. Eventually I get the money, no compensation and no apology.

3) Many a day like today with a crap system and crap customer support. Most Customer service officers at Etrade have hardly any 'net wealth'. They don't give a hoot whether you loose money. They get paid there $500 per week to give 'us' clients lip service. No use complaining they don't give a S$^T.

Sometimes you need to know when to end a bad relationship. Enough is enough.....
