that recent option trade was a GIFT to he who took it at 5 cents. the news was there for all to see.
the 7.5m issue was agreed at the agm back late November.
from Appendix 3B page 1 announced 11/01/12 : 2 Number of +securities issued or to be issued (if known) or maximum number which may be issued 7,500,000
from Appendix 3B page 2 announced 11/01/12 : 6 Purpose of the issue (If issued as consideration for the acquisition of assets, clearly identify those assets) In accordance with Shareholder Resolution at the A.G.M. held 28th November 2011
so this was not the news it seemed.
those options which passed at 5 cents was the buyer knowing and not the seller knowing.
whether this option buyer cleans up is still in the balance but if we are to make money investing we need to read everything that is published . and by everything, i mean EVERYTHING !
keep reading all that stuff, which is mostly stuff I admit but in stuff theere are gems to be found.
