1. extending the SPP, 2. boost up the sp by news - unlikely, as they have started to call up sh 3. underwriter takes up the offer and places the shares at 1.8 / 1.9c -- disaster for sh
As I wrote before, that SPP didn't the comp any good. It was rushed as it was obvious that the DD-doing comp won't come up with an offer. Either there is no interest in working with ANP or management just pokered to high and lost.
