    Construction companies are always going to have lumpy earnings, based on settlements of properties.

    The market has over-reacted to the low earnings and the financing issue, imo.

    They have plenty of propeties and work in hand. They just need to settle properties in progress over the next 3 months and sell some less strategic property to get the financing back in order.

    Report was overly cautious because of auditors needing to cover themselves. Company is very confident of their future. I expect some clarification of their position soon.
