    If you look back at my post about a year ago, I was bagging CEC (ASX.CEG) but she is now a buy at these prices. I bought in this morning and would suggest any buy under 60c is an absolute bargain, with NTA of 90c a pick me up announcement will have this one back over $1 (round about my valuation) in a flash.
