    Can CEG refinance those sort term loan arrangements or will the bank want its cash now.

    Banks are hurting bigtime. I would think they want to limit there exposure ASAP. This makes refinacing very difficult.

    Thats why we see 60 cents. Any positive news and its over 1.00 in a heart beat. Bad news and its firesale time in a depressed market and NTA drop to 20 - 30 cents if they are lucky.

    Big risk / reward.
