Not sure they will improve their asset/ liability position by selling big chunks of empty land now - they bought most of it in just the last few years and not many buyers now.

Also announced in cairns post on Saturday that they were shutting down their Rapid Build plant for three months ie basically until end of this fy way past May deadline, hard to build houses without it.

Also havnt heard anything about a new backer for the False Cape project.

Good strong well run company but that debt is an issue.
