Mystery Solved!
The ship heading to Whyalla is a BT sample load of coking coal destined for onesteel.
BRL have not at this point pursued the Ferro Silicon producer market (but are maintaining those relationships) as the strong prices for coking coal have rendered it to the back seat \; for now!
Any hows I can now stop hypothesising
