The offer document doesn't mention the relevant dates but I've assumed it's form the date of the offer document (10 June). Probably doesn't really matter that much - if the S&P200 falls below 3656 (my assumed 10% fall figure based on 4062.2 on 12 June) then I assume KZL will be below 60c and the offer will be less than attractive. I've followed this stock since listing and it has been very kind to me. I have great respect for the management and hope they get through this difficult period.
