    Yes, risk of going broke is gone. Yet share price reduced from 90 to 70 over last week. Probably a function of existing shareholders dumping to take up cheaper rights issue - urgency to do so overriding reason given time line..mgt can now focus on developing biggest resource i.e Admiral Bay. Big Boy Chinese support.
