That should make it much easier for Lone Star to get the deal through now. It should be a lesson for all of us to not invest in Chinese assets. I wonder if China is now going to transfer the money into the SGE account that they owe us.
Taking the western part of Linxing East off us is rubbing it in our face - the eastern part of LxgEast was never good land.
25c now seems like a fair price for the takeover. They can have my shares, but they are not getting them at 23.5c.
