We still dont know if it is a spp spruik.
I'll bet London to a brick that they are only saying they have a possible merger so they can instill confidence in those bunnies still sitting on the fence comtemplating wheather or not to buy at the spp.
This sounds like a very desperate move by the company.
Once the spp has been filled ( and if it isnt then there will be another extension) then an ann will come out ( IMO)to read something to the effect.
negotiation failed ( with phantom company) due to this or that or defeered to later date or something equivelant.
I do not have my hopes up at all, if I did I'd be completely naive.
