    mick1708: NOTHING technical from me, for sure. Could it be that VPE is trying to "undervalue" the find in order to keep ITC's sp as low as possible (because they plan to take-over ITC in due course, i.e. as soon as they have sold off their CSG)?? PURELY hypothetical and PURELY speculative post here, of course ! There may well be a simple and rational technical explanation....
