Hello...hello.... sorry consolidation outcomes just don't work that way, I've experienced three of them.Your sp of $4.65 would not happen,nowhere near it believe me.More likely pick a figure,let's say $2 to $3. My opinion, the expansion of the number of shareholders now holding can easily handle the soi. Again only my opinion, the recently added institutions wouldn't be too happy to see an instant depreciation in the value of their holdings. As they say, IF IT AIN'T BROKE WHY FIX IT.
