Difficult to judge but I reckon Sheffield got the most acres in the deepest part of the basin.
TBN de-risked by securing the middle part, closest to proven wells.
Regardless, TBN has secured control over 2+ bcf/d for 20+ years.
So we have a 58% interest in over $150 billion of gas and that’s just Phase 2’s 400k acres!
