WP&B Year 1–3 Development Schedule
(Per JVSA Annexure E and Tamboran investor materials)
Year 1: June 2024 – December 2025
- Shenandoah S2-3H to be repaired by May 2025
- 2 (or 3) wells must be drilled from SS2 pad in FSDA North
- Drilling window: 1 March – 31 October 2025
- Tie-in deadline: 31 December 2025
- DWE determines location (≥4 of 6 total Commitment Wells must be in FSDA North)
- TBN to contract operate South FSDA if requested
- Each well must have ≥7,500 ft lateral and ≥45 stages
Year 2: January – December 2026
- 2 (or 3) additional wells to be drilled from same or new pad
- Drilling window: March – August 2026
- Fracturing: March – October 2026
- Tie-in deadline: 31 December 2026
- DWE provides WP&B/AFE schedule 180 days prior to spud
- DWE may shift timing but must meet NT gas delivery obligations
Year 3: January – December 2027
- Final 2 (or 3) Commitment Wells drilled and tied-in
- Drilling window: March – August 2027
- Fracturing: March – October 2027
- Tie-in deadline: 31 December 2027
- Location may be FSDA North or South
- DWE provides AFE schedule 180 days before spud
