I am confident in the long term profile for this business and have just followed my convictions and topped up.
To me it looks like some investors give no consideration to the covid problems which to me ADH seems to of navigated reasonably well.
At these levels if they manage to hold the divies they will be on about a 6% yield plus franking. Even if it drops slightly so what !
Like they said when we come out of lockdown individuals will probably like to taste one of the delights of life and go off on a pent up spending spree.
Maybe ADH was able to negotiate some reduced rents over the period with landlords but who really knows ?
Looking forward to the next update with this conservative bunch.
