Hey Sandybeaches doesnt it say that the shares are only issued if they find a project big enough to justify the cash payment and the shares.

The way i read it that there is something big around the corner and that the people bringing these projects are confident that they can continue to deliver projects to the company and they want to be involved in it.

To me it seems to be a good move to get a continual flow of high quality projects to take this company forward.
