150,000,000 shares is one hell of a deal sweetener. US$500,000 up front and then a massive chunk of the company... All I can say is they'd want to be bringing an awfully large cake to the party before this could be justified. Is it just me, or does this whole deal seem just a little... shady. The terms just don't seem kosher. The performance criteria to qualify for these payments are illdefined.
