Hanlong have a long term timeframe. Unfortunately the board do not have this luxury. I think if they spurn this offer and BMN languishes in the 20s, they will get lynched by their shareholders. They should not underestimate what GFC2 may bring and the havoc a lasting credit crisis could wreck. Hanlong are in a very strong position (if their offer is genuine).
