Has anyone else received a Notice to Shareholders regarding the out come of FSE?
As the Company has been deregistered from the Australian Securities Exchange and has since proceeded into liquidation, I have reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood that shareholders of the Company will receive any distribution in the course of the winding up.
I suggest you consult with your tax accountant on this matter however in light of the above, I consider a capital loss on the Company’s shares in accordance with section 104-145 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 may now be claimed for taxation purposes.
