As the Company has been deregistered from the Australian Securities Exchange and has since proceeded into liquidation, I have reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood that shareholders of the Company will receive any distribution in the course of the winding up.

Hi mgrindy

No I have been left in the dark. Apart from calling the liquidators there is no record anywhere online of this statement. (delisted.com/ASIC etc)
FSE does not even show as a zero balance in my Computershare acc. both personal and SMSF.

Any chance you could attach this document as a pdf so we can have evidence to claim a capital loss.
