The way I see it now, basically with the ceiling set at 13-14, there is a 1 month opportunity for last resort of takeover before the deal is signed away... otherwise going to be under banks control.
Any private consortiums need to step in now or forever hold their peace. Otherwise be prepared to buy individual centres at acceptable prices.
Have to face the fact it is probably highly unlikely though, as what lenders are out there that could take up the refinancing not already part of the syndicate. And are there any buyers that have large sums of cash on the sidelines?
