I am not touching exploration/development companies anymore. I am convinced most of them are life style companies and the longer you hold them the more you lose. There are good ones too but too few.
The funds are not being used efficiently and there is 'just give me the money' mentality. The company keeps issuing shares at lower and lower prices with deep discounts and hands out free options. The $2 million will be spent in no time. The company has a history of raising $10 million in one go.
