I made a big mistake assuming that the share price would eventually go up with the gold price. I ignored the past cap raises and how much discount the company gives to sophisticated holders. It was a red flag. They continued to give large discounts. Obviously, the company is doing something wrong, misallocating resources and then struggling to raise money. They consistently offer large discounts and free options and claim they are well supported by shareholders.
