    He offered 1c shares plus 1 free option for 2 shares. So, he effectively issued shares cheaper than 1c. The shares sold at 1c may be placement shares.

    The last five cap raises were at 11.5c, 8c, 4.1c, 3c, 1c respectively. In this case, the wealth has been consistently transferred from the patient holder to some others.
