Next major corporate events: Clearing the 1c placement, 10:1 consolidation, and now I am also inclined to think they will wite off the gold asset on the balance sheet. Why? This is probably why they are valuing the 51% stake of an earlier exploration asset on a par with themselves. Peter effectively admitting the Gold, the Manganese, the Lithium are all effectively worthless or at least the same value as a 51% stake in an early-stage picked-over project.

Guess we all have to consider where the next capital raise will be in this scenario and whether it is better to average down now at 1c or wait for the inevitable 'we are proceeding with this deal' announcement after 6 months of not much going on and average down in that capital raise at half a cent?

Major shareholders need to move to replace every single staff member to restore any sense of confidence IMO.
