With this jump in share price, I can comfortably retire. Pushes me into 10 years drawdown if locked in today's value. Just sell down $2000 worth a week (over the entire portfolio). This will not happen for 12 mths as I have the funds for the interim. I still have two projects to finish between now and Christmas.

This past 2 months have worked well for me. I sold my LPD shares and cashed up a capital loss. Then brought rights and my entitlement to be back in at 75% of my original stake. Plus cashed up. I have no regrets for doing so.
I will be at the AGM again this year.
That's it. I can retire.
