I have to agree with you pintohoo - we are in a mess but we (as in our elected criminals in charge) keep kicking the can down the road hoping someone else can be blamed for it.
Just look at our ''national'' stocks such as our big four banks, Woolies, Coles, BHP etc - they are all foreign owned (look up Black Rock and Vanguard) and as such they are calling the shots and ''lobbying'' the governments accordingly.
We started off as a convict colony and we are being led back to our origins by political stealth and economic vandalism.
The conspiracy theorists are way ahead on the scoreboard but more and more people are awakening if they can get away from the MSM propaganda. Look at Ch7 or Ch9 these days and their so called news is almost word for word identical.
Not a good look for the future if this trend continues. We just have to get away from this notion that the LNP and ALP are different - they are both corrupt.
