"The Market" has failed drastically to provide enough supply. Only 5% of negatively geared houses are new builds. Scrap NG and start deflating the bubble.
Reports were done by the water department in my state showing a gob-smacking number of houses not using a drop of water over the year. Empty houses. No so sure it is a supply issue..... just a bubble issue. Nobody can afford them.
