My take is a combination of manipulation AND accumulation.
If i had the coinage, i would definitely be accumulatiing now and in the weeks ahead leading up to the agm/dft/funding.
The proposed pay rise for all and sundry outlined in the recent announcement is huge and speak volumes about the underlying confidence.
I'm cranky, edgy but optimistic!
