    Anyone with a bit of online retailing exposure will laugh at the way DJ, Myer, or Harvey Norman with their online strategy, they simply think if they engage someone like IBM to build a state of art online platform , and the customers will come and buy stuff from their sites. They will get a shock sooner or later, at least Gerry Harvey accept the fact that it is not working for Harvey, and DJ and the Myer like will contiune to dream on.
