yep - as soon as you get customers onto the web they'll look around for other cheaper options.
Only advantages DJS has over an ebay seller out of china are the brands and delivery times.
Until they can get the distributors to reduce costs they are stuffed.
If DJs have a ~40% gross profit it would be almost worth the customers having a shopping holiday and doing their shopping overseas. Particularly with the high AUD and the high end brands/products DJS is trying to sell.
