The INL process recovers 85% of the silver (that's a "precious metal" last time I checked) and about 30% of the gold. Gold represents a small fraction of the value at JRV's tenements, (and of the Hellyer tailings for that matter)so why did Purcell say that it was a deciding factor in rejecting INL's proposal?
