60-day extension granted on Russia-Ukraine deal SYDNEY 29 June 2005 – SkyNetGlobal Limited, listed on ASX (“SKG”) in Sydney and on AIM (“SKN”) in London, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, W Home Automation Pty Ltd, has granted a 60-day extension for two binding pre-pay orders from the Australian subsidiary of a Russia-Ukraine trading company, Techno Import Pty Ltd (“Techno Import”). The two orders, announced on 21 March 2005, are for US$23 million (A$29 million) in home automation products. Full payment is now expected on or before 30 August 2005, with delivery within four months after payment. Techno Import requested the extension while awaiting formal product certification from Ukrainian and Russian import officials. Techno Import has informed SkyNetGlobal that it is in discussions with authorities and hopes to receive the required product certifications soon. - End -
