SKG announced to the world they had a share placement of 545944 shares at 95c on the 8th of June.

Only to release ....the placement is indeed for ONLY......216556 shares at 95c.

That is a fair way short of what was touted.

Add another wrong call to your list Bazzaroid

There were two placements:

(1) A$518,647.00. on the 8th of june- 32% above the Australian closing price.

(2) A$205,728.20. on the 16th of June- 35% above the Australian closing price.

Perhaps you can explain to us how you came up with this "dumb observation" on your previous post ?

Could you also explain why investors would buy $724,375.20 worth of shares at a large premium to the Australian market price ?
