It is the ASX who has required them to call a special meeting in order to vote on it - naturally it will get up, as directors' votes alone with get it through
28 days between calling and holding the meeting, but you'd expect once it's called they would have the documentation and everything complete, subject to a YES vote to formalise
Little longer to wait, but it's a massive milestone
I wouldn't be surprised to see a bid land swiftly after that is finalised, especially given the suspicious trading going on
