But you are dead right, the resolution calls for Iraq to disarm and cooperate - nowhere does it say "catch me if you can".
Saddam is doing what he does really well and does best. He shakes, rattles and rolls and all the while watches the rest of the thinking world rip itself to shreds as they struggle to reach "consensus"
Like I said in a different thread, the Chucks of this world are willing to play poker with everyone's safety. They all rekon that either he doesnt have them, wont use them or wont share them.
They probably never played poker. It's all about bluff. But you cant play if you arent able to bluff.
And if your bluffing - you cant win if you aint got the cards when its called.
And you cant win with a pair when your betting against a royal flush. That's what Saddam is about to find out!!!
