MS advised that a SPV? will be created for the oil project and CVI will 'clawback' over time from the SPV.
Your choice to guess how much clawback, if anything significant.
Wonder if MS will tell us how much and when or if he will simply use the words "intend" or option"

Tell me that CVI will be the initial and full owner of the assets.
