As I have implied in an earlier post don't trust my opinion, but here it is anyway...
It is great that the argument seems to be about the affordability of resources that seem to be extremely valuable. The argument used to be that we would not get them because we were a little company and why would "The Angolans" offer them to us?
The answer seems to be accepted that it was because MS has made some amazing Angolan contacts that has produced the goods. Now we get to see if his contacts in Dubai will secure finance for us.
Here's hoping.
