My opinion is that they announced the incentive plan 12 months too late for the content to be realistic.

The incentive plan is a disgrace and has contributed to a continued decline in the share price, imo.

The company has performed well over the last 12 months, but it appears to me that the directors/management are wanting to pocket the full profits of the last year for themselves, ignoring shareholders and previous poor performance/decisions.

Give them some realistic goals for performing well into the future, and some consequence if they dont.

Disclosure: I voted against everything in this meeting (its not and AGM, just a meeting to reward directors/management)
